Many say it’s impossible for Central Florida to build its way out of the affordable housing crisis.
But with no way to stifle the rising rents being charged, new construction is the best option for overwhelmed cities, counties, and desperate families.
Work to build new, or rehab existing affordable housing, offers an obvious solution to the housing crisis in many neighborhoods.
The residents of South Apopka are fired about the work being done to help turn the community around.
School is out for summer and that usually means a lot of happy children.
